Information you provide

Our forms collect the contact, site and account details needed to review your request. The notification update form also accepts alarm passcodes. Do not provide payment information or unrelated sensitive information.

How requests are handled

Authorized Techmark staff use your submission to verify and process your request. Submitting a form does not automatically change your monitoring or access control account. Email notifications to staff contain a request reference and a link to a protected inbox.

Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in private, encrypted Azure storage. Passcodes are available only to authorized reviewers through a recorded access action. Passcodes are deleted when a request is closed or after 30 days, whichever comes first. Remaining submission content is deleted after 30 days. Access records without submission contents are retained for one year.

Other services

Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Customer portal and credential-order links take you to external services with their own privacy practices. This website does not use advertising analytics or session replay.
